Got one question and would like to know your opinion: I did before BB curls with olympic barbell. Today I did curls with the same weight but using short barbell; i.e. between my hands and plates is about 20-30 cm. I think that it′s different and harder to perform with shorter barbell that with long "Olympic" barbell. I did 2 reps less as consequence. You have the same opinion? Or are my feelings not objective?

The difference is relatively important on a Bench Press (5-10kg on a 1RM). | | | | | | Kranium (PBG, FL, U.S.A.) on 4/8/2008 9:10:25 AM | | | | | The olympic barbell may be larger in circumference than the other bar that you are using, this would change the dynamics of the exercise. | | | | | | | | | | | | | | | Please Login : | | | E-Mail: | | | | | | Password: | | | | | | Remember me next time | | | | | | | | | | | | | | or, Register Now | | | and enjoy FREE Membership with Highintensity Fan Club! | | | | | | | | | |
