Overtraining my friend. I will post more later, but that is a major step back, and I′ll explain why a little later.

he cannot be overtrained if his lifts increase. In less than 3 weeks he gained 10-20lbs on his lifts.

Paul you are doing 6 full body workout per week ?

yes, sometimes i will do it 6 days a week but i try to do it everyday. sometimes i will skip a day here and there. my workout only takes me 20 min, and it isn′t a very hard workout, i go normal rep speed.2sec up 2 sec down. i tried doing it at a slower speed but it takes longer and i have to reduce the weight a lot. and by the way my squat just went up another 10 lbs, and i noticed that my shoulders have gotten more bulky, they are not as skinny as they used to be. i will keep posting my results.
