Consolidation Routine Warm-ups

Those who are training using the Consolidation Routine, how many warm-up sets or what type of warming up do you do prior to your 1 high intensity work set for each exercise? Do you perform a seperate warm-up routine for each of the 4 exercises?

Depending on the exercise usually 2 or 3.

I usually perform warmups of the actual exercise without weight, then, I perform 2 warm up sets with weights. If it still doesn′t feel right, I′ll do a heavy set of 1-2 reps, with a weight that is about 10-20lbs lighter than my work set…
