I am new and wanted to let you in on the hottest "HIT" workout routine I have ever tried. Ive been a follower of Mike Mentzer for many years. Mike would have been so proud of IRONMAN for what he′s done with Mikes "HIT" ideas.

I think this routine is too volume, for a HIT routine, but maybe i′m wrong.

Do you realize how many national-pro level competitors IRON-MAN has made????

IRON-MAN went back to Mentzers earlier work before it went into extremes..I′m surprised you fellows have not heard of the national compeitiors-pro level guys using the IRON-MAN "HIT"

I found out about the program at my locam gym in Cali..I also thought it was a bit much but I have grown is mass and strength so needless to say I am a now BIG BELIEVER..

I went from overtraing to undertraining to doing it right like Mentzer did when he first started HIT..If you doubt what I say give it a try and see for yourself. WHAT HAVE YOU GOT TO LOSE????
