Around 45 min. before workout I grab an energy drink and look over my workout journal. I gather belt, wraps and whatever else I will need to take into the workout with me. By the time I′m in the gym I know exactly what needs to be done. I approach my main workset with much focus. No screaming or yelling, just incredible amount of focus.
