Is it possible to get 18 or 20 inch arms using HD naturally?

Hi i′m 19 training for 2 years using volume training and 5 months using HD consolidation routine. I′m 5′ 7" i have a 14.5" unflexed arm and a 16.1" flexed arm i lost some muscle during the 2 year period because of improper nutrition. Do you think it′s possible for me to have 18 or 20 inch arms naturally?

Mostly depends on your genetics. Not everyone can get big arms naturaly, while others can acheive this relatively easily. With 16 inch arms at 19, im gonna say you have above average genetics, so im gonna go with yes, you can get 18 inch guns, it is possible. I think 18 inch arms is ideal for me, im also at 16 inches right now, my muscle bellys are all very long though, which is good in a way, but bad in another. Meaning my bicep has very little peak to it but its overall mass is good. I prefer it that way though, ive seen those guys who′s bicep is just a knot right in the middle of there arm, it doesnt look good to me. Now that I think about it, measuring is not really accurate when trying to find out muscle size. Well it is still, but maybe think about measuring in diffrent spots to see if your getting growth everywhere.

It′s doable but be patient, keep lifting, keep getting stronger every workout. If you keep beating the log book each week and slowly over time as you get stronger move to lower and lower volume (starting off the Ideal ROutine, then slowly replacing exercises, slowly removing smaller body parts then slowly onto consolidated training) i guarantee you′ll get bigger.

I′m not ripped, my bodyfat is probably around 18 to 20% but my arms are stretching the tapes at 17.5" natural. I′m far from done growing, this is just the start too.

The one thing i did notice is i was getting stronger for years, but i couldn′t notice any size, then the moment i turned 21 all of a sudden i made some major size gains then it stalled then again last year when i was turning 23 again size gains. Remember strength always precedes size.

To add an inch to your arms, you would have to gain approx 10lbs of global bodyweight/muscle for every inch you add to your arms. The easiest way to do that is to focus on getting as strong as possible with squats, deadlifts, pulldowns, dips etc.Heavy compound movements.

i sort of disagree with you i used to have arms very close to my current arms and I didnt do deadlifts and never even trained my legs. and my chest was tiny. however, i had a good back.
