This w/o was awesome!!!!

Hammer Iso High Row 475#/13reps up from 435/12 reps

Leg Press 1600#/10reps up from 1235#/14 reps, I am trying to get my reps down to 6-10 on most exercises,although one must never terminate a set just because a number of reps has been reached, one must always go to failure. These numbers certainly show the validity of HD, the one and only valid theory of exercise science!

That′s almost a 10% improvement on the rows and 30% improvement on the legs!
