Please , may I have some suggestions?

Due to my need of long recovery time for the lower back I feel that I need to split my workout into three different ones ; performed once a week (one set per exercise).

Workout 1 =

Deadlifts

Dips

Crunches

Workout 2 =

Squats

Palms Up Pulldowns

Crunches

May I have some suggestions on exercises for Workout 3 ?

What do you think of including a set of Leg Presses in workout 3 ?

I like the idea of leg presses. Maybe try some military presses as the second exercise? Maybe even throw in some rows of some sort to keep frequency for all muscles the same?
