I am ready to take your request!! Dont pass this Up!

My hats off to all the Heavy Duty followers here that have reasoned that High Intensity Training is the most productive training for building muscle there is. Mike must be glowing with his Angel Wings where he is right now to see such an amazing group of individuals!

I… as you may or may not know, am a Platinum Author for a top Ezine on the net, Ezines.com. I write articles for them and also place them on our website at http://www.ruserious.info for our members.

I have opened up a request line, through our Q & A form, on articles that you would like to see. It can actually be any subject of which you are in question including of course, HIT Bodybuilding. You can submit them here on the form at this address, just copy and paste it into your browser…

My goal, is to contribute to the understanding of not only HIT Heavy Duty training but to those aspects of life that you may have question. As you may know I am a Lifecoach and deal with clients also who are not bodybuilders but are trying to figure out their life.

It would be my pleasure to help you in the same way with my work. If you would like to review some articles I have written, you can go to http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Bill_Sahli

Please feel free to take me up on my offer and make your request!!

Best regards always,

Bill Sahli

Hey Bill, I checked out your website, very impressive.I have a question regarding tribulus and zma,do you think they are worth it.I′m 40, so I feel the extra test could help.I do the athletes routine, every 7 days. After doing hvt for years and not getting any where, this is great.I′m a musician as well, and now I have all this extra to practice, awesome!

Hi Jras, thank you for your kind workds…

I dont think that either is worth it and based on the studies done, it confirms it.

My suggestion would be to continue on the abreviated routine that you are on and maintain a well balanced diet. You could take a multi mineral supplement to make certain that you are getting the proper nutrients but save your money. The best natural anabolic elements are training HIT and eating well, sleeping well and living hardy!

Best Regards,

Bill Sahli

Bill,

I know you don′t want this page to be all about supplements, but I was wondering if there are any you recommend for HIT practitioners. Personally, I′ve been taking a daily multi-vitamin, creatine, BCAAs, and L-glutamine. I′ve seen fantastic results during the last month, but was wondering if that′s due to the training solely. If that′s the case, I could drop the supplements, and save myself some cash.

Keep HITting,

Josh
