Quadruple pre exhaust

You could consider this overtraining. But im way advanced and i was gonna take a couple weeks off after this anyway. So i decided to experiment.

I was doing chest and back.

I first warmed up with the empty bar. Then did a set of flies with the 10′s. Then a light warmup set in the pec deck. Then a light set of dumbell presses. Its 90 degress outside and about 100 inside at least.

I then did another warmup set in the bench press.

I then did another warmup set in the fly.

I then did one set to failure which was 10 reps with a rep speed of about 3 up and 3 down.

I then did one set to failure in the dumbell press. I did 6 seconds up and 6 seconds down or close . I did 5 reps which was failure at that rep speed .

I then did one set to failure in the incline bench using 135 because i was already wiped out. I did one set to failure and going to failure then using rest pause . I would hold the weight at the top suck in some oxygen and keep going . I did this 3 times and had to stop because of the sweat running into my eyes . The rep speed on the bench was 1or 2 up and 2 or 3 down.

I then did another set to failure in the fly with a ten pound dumbell going to crazy failure. Doing about 40 reps . I also turned the dumbell in at the top just slightly .

I then drank a pint of water and trained back. I couldnt even lift the bottle up to drink. I had to spot myself with my other hand .

′Dam i said i then did enough didnt I. Its been 4 days since i did that workout and ive felt swole ever since.

hahahaha. At 350 pounds, watch out. You know, doghnuts+chocolate+very little excersise = one fat man.

ten pound dumbells . You do know when you pre exhaust you cant use as much weight as normal right.

Also smanjh i play semi pro football on the defensive line and i play tennis, golf and basketball and ive never had a day in my life when ive even more than 3 thousand calories in a day. According to science i shouldnt be what i am. But then again i have 100 more pounds of muscle than everyone else. Im not 350. Im 370. Gained about 15 pounds of muscle and 5 pounds of fat in last 3 months.

so ur 370 and u use 10lb dumbbells
