Does HIT really work for you guys??

OK everyone

I′m simply posting this to get some feedback, not trying to argue at all here.

Heres my Story. I′ve always been in great shape but over this past winter I couldn′t follow the bodybuilding lifestyle too well and turned into junk. During my down I researched HIT and it made alot of sense. I then purchased the book and it seemed like it was the holy grail to getting huge as fast as possible. However, after trying it, it did absolutely nothing. I stuck with it almost 8 months which I Feel was an absolute waste of time. It was hard for me to give it up because it made so much sense. But in reality, philosophy and science are two different things.

I even made my brothers try this routine, and all they noticed was a decreases in strenght.

I′m just asking if any of you honestly have made SIGNIFICANT gains on this program?

Again no argueing here, just an educated debate

the Ideal routine

was following this M W F

all that I noticed when i decreased frequency even further is that I got fatter and the muscles got weaker.

I′ve recently Switched to an OTS workout rigement and have gained 10 lbs in 4 weeks. (which is based on TRUE science)

That′s a tough call, since science still hasn′t confirmed anything on hypertrophy. Many theories, many studies, many contradictive studies….

Put a link to OTS and we will check it′s science. 🙂
