In Muscle in Minutes does MM suggest a rep range to follow for the Athlete′s Routine? Thanks

Workout 1

Deadlifts 5-8 reps

Dips 6-10 reps

Workout 2

Squats 8-15 reps

Close grip palms-up pulldowns 6-10 reps

One more quick one. I plan on buying Muscle in Minutes or HIT the MM Way.

Which one would you recommend and why?

In HIT the MM Way, are the rep ranges suggested for the Consolidation Routine the same as in Muscle in Minutes? Thanks again.
