Let me guess. The best training method used to gain the fastest muscle ended up being Max Contraction?

Also, the way they did it….

They used some kind of air pressure machine to check body comp. (oh man!),

Supposidly, stuff like this happened… (not exact but general idea below)

One guy did a workout, next day lost 5 pounds of muscle, by day 3 gained 7 lbs of muscle for a total of 2 new pounds of muscle

Another guy did a workout, lost 3 pounds of muscle over the next few days, gained it, plus more within a few days after.

Their saying that one workout causes a loss of many pounds of muscle, then you gain it back. Oh brother!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And no one changed their diet. The best guy supposidly lost something like 8 lbs of fat and gained 10 lbs of muscle from ONE (that′s one mind you) MCT workout!!!!!!!!!!
