Whats YOUR size potential?

After coming across the link on this forum to Casey Butts site (which I found highly informative and well worth a look), I found this calculator on said site:

http://www.weightrainer.net/bodypred.html

Basically, you put in your measurements and it calculates your maximum weight and muscular potentially based upon those figures – which could be fascinating for some, devastating for others! I thought in might be interesting for us all to post our results of these calculations here, just as something to measure against.

Heres mine:

Height: 70 in

Wrist: 6.75 in

Ankle: 9 in

Your estimated maximum muscular bodyweight at ~10% bodyfat is: 197.8 lbs

Your estimated maximum muscular measurements (@ ~8%-10% bodyfat) are:

Chest: 46.9 in

Biceps: 16.8 in

Forearms: 13.4 in

Neck: 16.4 in

Thighs: 25.1 in

Calves: 16.8 in

Not huge but hey, 16.8 inch biceps dont sound so bad to me 🙂

HITpadawan

Good post.

It is very usable info and tends to give some understanding of what you can really expect.

Yeah, I found this informayion to be very interesting to say the least. when I punched in my dimensions, everything seemed to line up rather closely. I think these calculations seem to ne very accurate. According to the body mass potential calculater, I am nearing my full muscular potential. thanks for posting

I wasn′t surprised by the results, because I am an ectomorph and have been lifting long enough to get a good idea of how I will turn out. Here are the results…

Height: 71.5 in

Wrist: 6.25 in

Ankle: 8 in

Your estimated maximum muscular bodyweight at ~10% bodyfat is: 194.1 lbs

Your estimated maximum muscular measurements (@ ~8%-10% bodyfat) are:

Chest: 45.2 in

Biceps: 16.4 in

Forearms: 13.1 in

Neck: 16 in

Thighs: 24 in

Calves: 16.1 in

The only thing i would have guessed would be bigger are my thighs, other than that I would be more then pleased with everything else.

I would like to see other peoples measurements as well, so please post.

this is a brilliant idea:

Height: 73 in

Wrist: 7 in

Ankle: 9.5 in

Your estimated maximum muscular measurements (@ ~8%-10% bodyfat) are:

Chest: 49 in Biceps: 17.4 in

Forearms: 14 in Neck: 17 in

Thighs: 26.4 in Calves: 17.7 in

This really gives you something to aim for, and an idea of what Mike meant when he talked about your own potential.

It gives you something to aim for.

Thanks for the post..
