Question for krome

Hi Krome,

Ive read your posts and you seem to be the only person on the forum using the athletes routine, you seem to have had some great results from it judging from the photos you posted a while back. I believe this was the routine Mike was recomending to all trainees towards the end and of all the testomonials Ive read on Mikes site most if not all of them were using this routine and getting fantastic gains. I just wanted to ask if your still using this routine and if you are what gains in strength and size have you made since you last posted any results. I′ve just started the same routine myself and i′m just looking for a bit of evidence to convince me I′ve done the right thing.

I have been doing the Consolidation program for one month. Results are phenomenal. I can now do weighted dips with 135 pounds for six reps.As a result my arm measurements increased by 2 inches. YES 2 INCHES. Hey Neuromass, I guess consolidation doesn"t work. …..WHATEVER

Two inches in one month, that′s pretty damn good! That′s about a half inch per workout. You must have at least 18 inch gunz after that size boost. I managed about 3/8 of an inch after about 2 months and I thought that was decent LOL!! Well, 1/4 had come in the first two weeks and it pretty much stopped until I did three sets of chins one week. Still thought is was alright though.

Have any pics of that transformation? That would be something to see for sure.

hitexpert, is it the consolidation routine your following(3 exercises) or the athletes routine(2exercises)? Man if you can dip with 135 around your waist your entire upper body must have some really good development never mind your arms! I dip with around 30lbs of extra weight at a BW of 215, so Ive got a bit to go yet. 🙂
