Understanding Mentzer′s HIT

One of the ways to understand Mike Mentzer

is to study the 7 Principles of Bodybuilding regarding:

1-Identity

2-Intensity

3-Duration

4-Frequency

5-Specificity

6-Adaptation; and,

7-Progression.

Only then do we proceed in applying his

method.
