LOU FERRIGNO PROTEIN SHAKE:
Pint Of Milk
1/3 Cup High-Quality Protein Powder
Fruit Or Another Flavoring To Taste
ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER PROTEIN SHAKE 1:
2 Glasses Of Milk (Any Kind Of Milk, And A Decent Sized Glass)
1/2 Cup Of Non-Fat Powder Milk
1/2 Cup Of Ice Cream
Throw all that in a blender and blend it up and enjoy
ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER PROTEIN SHAKE 2:
20 Ounces Of Milk Or Juice
4 Ounces Cream Or 1 Ounce Safflower Oil And 3 Ounces Water
2 Tsp. Lecithin Granules
1/4 Cup Good Quality Milk And Egg Protein Powder
Put the milk, cream, eggs and lecithin in a blender and blend for an instant. Wait several minutes for the lecithin to dissolve, add the protein powder and blend until mixed.
For flavor, use your imagination: a very ripe banana, vanilla extract, etc., etc.
To make the drink sweeter, add a tablespoon or less of fructose – do not use highly sweetened foods like ice cream or chocolate syrup.

2 Scoops Of Bomber Blend Protein Powder
Tsp. Peanut Butter
2 Raw Eggs
