Perfect Consolidated workout blog

I just created a blog where I will document my experience doing the perfect consolidated workout. I plan on following the routine to the letter for the next six months. I′ve been weightlifting on and off since I was a teenager, so I think this will be an interesting experiment. I′m 41.

Will you be taking photos and measurements? Even if you don′t post them online I′m sure you will appreciate having them later on.

Front, side, and back full length photo.

Measure ankle, calf, knee, thigh, hips, waist, stomach, chest, neck, head arm, elbow, forearm, wrist. Relaxed measurement is all you really need, although flexed measurement, especially of arm and forearm, might be nice too.

There are formulas to use various measurements to calculate percent bodyfat. These can be used in addition to the Tanita (I use a Tanita also).
