Pestilenza one – set per workout

Inspired by many posts about 1 set per work out,I′ve been started for 2 weeks this kind of work out!and it work great!!

wo 1 : deadlift 78.5 kg 10 reps

wo 2 : deadlift 80.0 kg 13 reps!!

next work out I′ll try to put 2 more kg on the barbell.

Pestilenza,

You′ve got the secret. That′s a great gain and this is great news! I was wondering when you were going to give this a try. I′m sure you′ll see good, consistent results. Always do one set to positive failure, once a week, and you′ll probably break new personal records every time. You know if your progress ever slows, you′ll just have to add a couple rest days. Anyways, nice gains, they will continue, and we′ll be looking forward to your updates!

thanks a lots guys.you′re were kind 🙂

I want be honest,I′ve lost 2 kg in this 2 weeks

but my shapes looks better especialy my shoulder and arms,that′s incredible.
